The like for like quotation must be for a product that we are able to supply and must be of the same size, same design and same quality and same service offering.
Simply let us know the competitor's name and product details (accompanied with a copy of the original quotation you have received) – we’ll then verify whether the price and the competitor’s service offering are the same as ours, we’ll beat the price or refund the difference as appropriate.

What if a competitor is offering products either at a discounted price or with a free item?
We will match the total price for the bundle of products if the price of the bundle is publicly available to all customers and the products and service in the competitor’s bundle are identical to products and service we sell, including any free items.
Notification of competitor quotation must be received within 14 days of signing a Pennine Home Improvements contract. Claims must be received in writing and addressed to our Head Office in Benton to the Sales Department. Original copy of the competing offer, service and full specification of the product must be enclosed with the claim. Only one claim per customer per order. Pennine Home Improvements decision on whether a competitor's product and service offering matches the ours is final.
