Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to knock a conservatory down and build it again from scratch to make it thermally efficient. We can prove it too with this conservatory structure which now has a replacement tiled roof fitted to it, fully supported by the new white UPVC windows incorporated into the design. It’s difficult to get your head around the fact that the conservatory hasn’t always been part of the building as it looks as though it’s always been there. Dinnertimes are so special now as its links to the kitchen.
To some it may seem like an insignificant element of the overall design, but the roof window has a big role to play in keeping the interior bright, just like the curved front. When there is a lack of sunlight, they can always call upon the spotlights in the perimeter roof to illuminate the whole of the conservatory. The roof only looks as pretty as it does as the accompanying guttering is just as pleasing on the eye. Lastly, a beautiful fire has been include in the conservatory to supply any additional warmth that may be needed when those winters really bite, but the roofing system will take care of that on its own.
