A simple guide to your project journey and what you can expect from working with Pennine.

SURVEYING

Our Pennine surveying team will visit your home to take measurements, clarify details and ensure your design is suitable before any work commences.  Any changes can be discussed at this stage.

If planning permission is required, they’ll also gather the necessary details for the planning drawings.

What Happens Next - Surveying

PLANNING & BUILDING REGS

Your Pennine surveyor will complete your planning application form and submit along with all the relevant drawings to your local council.

You should allow 8-10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission or 6-8 weeks for NCS approval.

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Pennine will then assign a schedule of works and assign and coordinate your building and fitting teams for you on your behalf.

They’ll also discuss power and water requirements at your home with you before any work is commenced.

What Happens Next - Schedule

BUILDING & INSTALLATION

Your Pennine building team will discuss brick match with you before they begin.  Once building works are complete, your frames and/or roof will be fitted.

We’ll manage all the various tradespeople involved in your project from start to finish so you can relax in the knowledge the full journey is mapped out for you in advance.

FINISHING

Once your project has been fully installed, Pennine will ensure you are fully satisfied and work to rectify any final snagging.

Then, you’re free to start enjoying your brand new living space!
