SURVEYING

A seamless installation all starts with an accurate survey.  Our Pennine surveyors will check all the finer details of your property and provide the correct dimensions for manufacture.

As well as determining that the structural openings and surroundings are in good condition, they’ll also ensure your chosen styles are suitable for your property before works commence.

CARE & ATTENTION

To ensure your property is protected from mess and damage, our Pennine installers will ensure they lay dust sheets and work with you to remove any valuables to prevent them from being damaged.

They’ll also take every care to ensure they leave your home as they found it, and clean up any mess and debris before they finish.

FITTING

Your existing frames, including any old sealant and debris on your brickwork, will then be carefully removed carefully to minimise mess or damage, and will then be recycled.

Your new frames will be carefully placed and secured into the opening by our expert Pennine installers to ensure an accurate fit.

GLAZING

Your glazed units will be firmly fitted in position before beading is tapped securely into place and any trims required are measured and fitted.

The frame and glass are then cleaned thoroughly of dirt and grit before a bead if sealant is applied between the frame and the wall.

EXPERT FINISH

To finish, our Pennine installers will clean the external surfaces before applying a smooth bead of silicone between the frame and brickwork to ensure a water-tight finish.

You can then stand back and admire your beautiful, newly installed windows!
