Once your products have been fully installed, your journey with Pennine doesn’t end there.  Our dedicated team of aftercare specialists will look after you and your products for as long as they remain yours.

CARE & CONSERVATION

We’ll conduct free annual maintenance checks for the first two years of your installation to make sure everything is still in full working order.

Your Pennine aftercare engineer will summarise their findings for you in a report.  If they do find a fault, they’ll either fix it on the spot or arrange a return visit for you to put things right.

LOCKOUT PROTECTION

Our free 24 hour lockout service is exclusive to Pennine customers, and gives you peace of mind that we’re just a call away should you lock yourself out of your home, or not be able to securely lock your door behind you.

All external doors fitted by Pennine are covered, from front and back doors to any doors fitted as part of your new conservatory or extension.  Our aim is to attend you within 4 hours of receiving your call.

CONDENSATION

Condensation forms when vapour in the air comes into contact with cooler surfaces such as windows, mirrors or tiles.  Our first instinct when condensation appears is that there must be a problem.

In fact, condensation on the outside pane of your windows means they’re performing exactly as they should do – keeping cool air outside and the inside of your home warm and comfortable.  Only if condensation appears between the panes of the glazed unit should you be concerned.
