It’s the roofing system attached to an extension that provides (or at least it should) the large majority of thermal efficiency it needs. You can choose from four separate roofing systems at Pennine and they all come in a wide selection of coloured finishes.

Modern Tile – A combination of fantastic modern materials and cutting-edge technology has enabled us to develop our beautiful modern tiles. Modern Slate – Once the weather gets hold of traditional slates, they very quickly break and lose their original appeal. This option allows you a 12 month payment holiday from the date of completion. Pay us £99 deposit when you order, and as long as you pay the outstanding balance in full before 12 months has elapsed plus a £29 exit fee, no interest will be charged. If, after 12 months, this is not convenient, you can pay in 120 monthly instalments at 19.9% APR Representative.
