We really have been overwhelmed by how supportive people have been, particularly those customers who had to wait patiently for an installation to be finalised until lockdown was eased.
We’re happy to say that the vast majority of projects that we regrettably had to halt due to the first lockdown have now been completed.
Business remains strong at Pennine, with North East householders seemingly keen to enhance their homes ready for the winter.
It’s going to be a busy end to 2020 for our team, but please, still put in an order if you want your home improved soon.
If you decide to do just that, we want you to know that your window, door or living space installation will be done in compliance with the GGF Safe Guide which requires our installers to abide by social distancing, wear face masks, regularly clean etc. whilst working.
It’s of paramount importance that this is done to protect your health, and the health of our team. Your safety also comes first in our showrooms.
They’re completely Covid-secure, with sanitiser readily available throughout, our product demonstrators also wearing masks, and cleaning done at frequent intervals.
But we know that some of you may not feel ready to visit us. That’s not a problem, and you can still plan your home improvements from home any way using our Virtual Appointment system.
