‘No Stress, No Hassle’ as Pennine Launch Living Space App

Pennine Home Improvements are on the cusp of launching an innovative new mobile app that is set to revolutionise the company’s project management process.

The exciting new app, dubbed ‘My Living Space’, which is set to be officially unveiled in the coming weeks, will provide Pennine customers with the option to keep fully up-to-date with the building and scheduling of their home improvement project conveniently through their smartphone.

The app’s unique features provide an alternative to more traditional methods of communication – no more missed phone calls or waiting for letters to arrive.  Instead, customers will have the option to schedule appointments through My Living Space and will receive real-time notifications and reminders of upcoming visits – including photographs of each tradesperson for added security and peace of mind.

In addition, the app also offers full transparency, enabling customers to see each stage involved in the build from the outset, from survey, to planning permission, right through to completion. As each element of the project progresses to the next, Pennine’s My Living Space app offers a review function, allowing customers to rate the performance of each tradesperson in real-time.

Beyond the project tracking capabilities, My Living Space will also act as a one-stop-shop for customers’ key information. Contracts, documents and pictures will each be stored electronically within the app itself, reducing the need for excessive paperwork and allowing for easier and quicker access.
